Returns Policy

• If you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, we are happy to offer an exchange.
•  If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or with a manufacturing fault) please contact by phone +35722100026
• All items must be returned in a new, unworn and unused condition with the original garment tags still attached, within 15 days of receipt. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain that you are keeping them. Angel’s Face will not accept returns of non-faulty products that have been worn, used and/or with garment tags removed. In such cases, the customer will be informed and the item(s) will be returned to the customer.

Please Note: All hair accessories, Jewellery, tights and socks are final sale for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges 

Exchanges will be processed as they are received and will be sent out to the original delivery address. Please note that all returns costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery 

CY Standard Delivery – For All Orders €1,00

All orders within Cyprus have a flat rate of €1,00. We aim to pick and dispatch your order as quickly as possible, deliveries are sent via Akis Express on a tracked, 24 hour service. Orders may take a few extra days to be processed during sale events such as Black Friday or Christmas.

International Costs and Delivery

Shipping times are dependent on location and will be calculated at checkout. For delivery times, a tracking reference will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

Rest of the World Shipping

We offer the following Shipping rates for the rest of the world:

**We cannot guarantee that your shipment won’t be delayed with your local Customs Office. Please also note that the recipient is solely responsible for payment of any tax, customs/brokerage fees or import duties, if any.
